Emma's 4th birthday party

As the kids arrived they decorated Dora hats, bracelets, and name tags.
They also got their backpacks and maps.
We played a few games on our way to find the tresure chest.
We went to the noisy forest and played animal charades.
Then we went on the tramp and played throw the smile.
We also found swipper who had stolen the keys to the
treasure chest which the kids found rather quickly.
This was my attempt at a Dora cake.
It is suppoesed to be Dora's adventure.

Emma is getting ready to look on the map
and find the bouncy meadow.

These were the invites.
I found most my party ideas at Partyideas.com

I love these kids

So after looking at Shannon's blog a few times I finally decided to start my own. I think the main reason I want to do this is to be able to journal my thoughts and hopefully keep a better record of my childrens growing up years. They grow so fast and I know there are things I have already forgotten. Just the cute everyday things that you think you will never forget, well, I have.
For example, Joseph loves to crawl around on the ground and be a tigger. He growls and giggles. Emma has finally stopped pulling her hair out and Joseph has just started. Sarah is becoming much more agreeable and loves to write stories. Emma has discovered the love of coloring. Jared is an awsome football player which scares me. Football and wrestleing are sports I don't really want to see my childeren play. Jared also gets along really well at school and seems to have made alot of friends this year.
