I remember your dad calling you "a boy named Sue." I can remember thinking, "Why does he call her that? She is one of the prettiest girls I have ever seen." As a kid, you just don't always get grown-ups sense of humor.
My favorite memory of you is when Ryan called me sometime after 2AM to tell me you were in labor with Joshua, so I rush over there, and there you are in the kitchen tidding up a bit! I ask you how your feeling and you tell me your water had broke a couple of hours ago and that you were just waiting because you didn't want to spend so much time in the hospital! I was in shock and awe! You are the most amazing pregnant woman I have ever met!
My first memory of you is seeing you walk into the chapel with Joshua and thinking, "Oh what a cute first time mom." You were just so sweet and gentle with him that it looked like he was your first baby. And then you sit down in the row with 5 kids...oops! Ha! Also, it was so fun to go make necklaces at your house. I ran home and bought $50 worth of beading stuff the next day. :)
One of my favorite memories is when we trained for the triathlon. You were so kind to give me free lessons out at Sand Hollow. I remember your adorable swimsuit you had sewn together from 2 different swimsuits and it turned out so cute. I remember us all being so scared to start and you had told me about Ryan giving you a blessing and that we had trained hard and all would be fine! and your cute flowers and cards tied in the cutest ribbon you gave everyone after...fun times.
